Privacy & Data Handling

Our core commitment: we do not require your identity to measure your organization's friction.

Initial Assessment

The initial Cognitive Debt Assessment does not require a name, email address, or account creation.

When you participate, your selected workplace, role, assessment answers, and calculated scores are persisted in our private database to generate your immediate individual report. Access to your results is protected by an opaque access token stored locally in your browser's session storage. We do not expose individual results to external benchmarks or publicly accessible directories.

Analytics & Attribution

If you arrive from a campaign or landing page, we store limited attribution data (such as the landing page intent, source, and campaign variables) in your browser's session storage.

Upon successful completion of the assessment, we send an anonymous completion signal containing only the campaign attribution and assessment version to our analytics provider (Google Tag Manager). We never transmit your answers, scores, workplace name, or any personally identifiable information to external tracking services.

Email Reports (Optional)

If you choose to request a comprehensive report via email, you must explicitly provide your email address. This address is used solely for the transactional delivery of your requested report and is not added to any marketing list without separate, explicit consent.

Organizational Reporting

Authorized administrators have access to aggregated organizational data to understand broader friction patterns. We implement strict privacy thresholds for aggregation: organization averages are only generated when sufficient responses have been collected to protect individual anonymity. We do not make clinical claims, legal guarantees, or public benchmark representations based on this data.
